Casino Vacations
Casino vacations can be more than just an excuse to gamble. These destinations are great money savers and are usually located in groups, making them convenient time savers as well.
Tunica
happens to be one of our favorite locations. This little town is just a few miles shy of Memphis, so when you get tired of "making donations" to the casinos, you can be in down town Memphis in just about 30 minutes. Graceland, Sun Records and the Rock and Soul museum or just a few of the "must" sees. Don't forget to get your fill of Barbeque as you stroll along the world famous Beale Street.
Biloxi
is a place bustling with activity. Located just off the Mississippi gulf coast, the beach is just one of your alternatives to slots. Take in a show at the Beau Rivage or buffet at Boomtown. Shopping is another of my wife's favorite past-times and she gets plenty of opportunities while we're there.
Of course there's no denying the mega casino destination is
Las Vegas
. It is easy to turn a Vegas vacation into a family vacation. The roller coasters and fun filled adventure themed hotels are just a few of the attention grabbers. Fill your dance card with concerts, wildly awesome magic shows and don't forget Blue Man Group and Cirque du Soleil.
Couples can enjoy a romantic gondola ride at the Venetian. The water is crystal clear. This is my wife's favorite of the casinos. The images painted on the ceiling are breath-taking.
The variety of restaurants and buffets are endless. The best part is everything is within walking distance or a short monorail ride away. I think everyone can find something they love about this city.
